The boxes on the bottom of the home page in the Tidy Theme do not appear? Why not?

The boxes on the bottom of the home page do not appear because of two possible issues:

1. Zendesk Support subscription level must be at least Teams. This is due to the API Rate Limit.
2. All 9 article IDs must be changed and correct for the boxes to appear.
