This error message appears when there was an error creating the ticket in the Support site.
Usually, this is due to an authentication issue. Please check the subdomain, email address, and token used, and verify that they are correct in the app configuration.
Occasionally this will be due to outages in the Zendesk platform, as well. After checking the credentials in the application, please try to submit the ticket again. If the error persists, please contact us.
