If your subscription level for Zendesk Guide is Guide Enterprise you can create multiple templates for categories, sections, and articles. These templates can contain different HTML structures and different classes and IDs to style these templates differently from the default.
How to create multiple templates:
1. Go to Guide
2. In the sidebar navigation click on the Customize Design icon
3. Click the Customize button under the theme you want to update
4. Click the Edit code button at the bottom right of the page
5. Click the Add new template link; this will open a popup
6. Choose what the template is for, give the template a name, and choose what template to use as a base
7. Click the Create template button to create your template
How to assign a template to a category:
1. Go to Guide
2. In the sidebar navigation click on the Arrange Content icon
3. You can assign the template when you add a category or you can click on the three dots to the right of a category to edit.
4. On the edit screen, there is a dropdown on the left-hand side that says Template. Choose your template here.
How to assign a template to a section:
1. Go to Guide
2. In the sidebar navigation click on the Arrange Content icon
3. You can assign the template when you add a section or you can click on the three dots to the right of a section to edit

How to assign a template to an article:
1. Go to Guide
2. In the sidebar navigation click on the Manage Articles icon
3. You can assign the template when you add an article or you can click on an article to edit it and change the template it uses.
4. On the edit screen click on the Article settings link on the bottom right
5. On the Article settings screen, there is a dropdown on the right-hand side that says Template. Choose your template here.
