The Settings panel allows for some customization to your Zendesk help center, however, if you want to make deeper customizations you need to access the source code of the theme. In the source code, you can edit the templates, the CSS, and JS of your help center. Follow the steps below to access your source code:
1. Go to Guide
2. In the sidebar navigation click on the Customize design icon
3. Click the Customize button under the theme you want to update
4. Click the Edit code button at the bottom right of the page
